Changing/Cancelling an order
BCS Crafting Supply strives on fast and accurate shipment of all orders. Therefore, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please ensure you verify that the items in your cart, and all other information (i.e. shipping address), are correct before you place your order.
RETURNS
BCS Crafting Supply Non-Defective Product Return Policy and Information
BCS Crafting Supply must be notified within 7 calendar days of receipt for a return to be approved.
Return requests must be submitted using the “Returns” link in the Customer Care section located at the bottom of our website homepage. Once we receive your information, we will issue an RA # that will be used to return merchandise.
The return authorization (RA) number provided by BCS Crafting Supply must be both written on the outside of return packaging and included inside the package with the returned product.
No product may be returned without a RA number - NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds will not be processed to unauthorized returned products.
Returned product must be in original new condition (unused, unwashed, not embellished and undamaged).
Refunds will be processed once the authorized returned product has been received by BCS Crafting Supply.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer for the return of non-defective product.
The return shipping address will be provided with the RA number.
In cases where the order is incorrect on our part, a return shipping label will be provided at no charge.
We DO NOT accept returns on seasonal products.
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-order/seasonal products are NOT refundable and CANNOT be returned UNLESS the product is defective. These seasonal products are special ordered and we do not stock them. We only order based on what you order. PLEASE do not combine Pre-Orders and regularly stocked orders. If a pre-ordered item is ordered with a stock item, your order will be cancelled and you will have to purchase your order again.
