All orders are shipped from Bessemer, Alabama via USPS or UPS.
Because we are on a flat rate shipping cost system, we reserve the right to choose the best method/most cost effective method of shipping.
Most orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days, Monday - Friday. September through December are an especially busy time and sometimes orders can take a little longer to ship during this time. If our estimated ship time changes in any way, it will be noted on our website. Please note that we do not ship on any Federal Holiday.
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of the package and any additional handling fees.
If we happen to make a mistake on your order we are truly sorry. We will correct your order right away by shipping it out USPS Priority. PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT OVERNIGHT ANY PACKAGES.
Most packages are shipped USPS. Some larger or heavier packages will ship UPS Ground, although this is uncommon.
We do not ship Internationally.
Express shipping is not available at this time.
BCS Crafting Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments. If your package is lost or re-routed, please contact the shipper. You will need to reference the tracking number that was emailed to you by BCS when your order shipped.
PLEASE make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order! BCS is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages due to your providing an incorrect address. Any orders that are returned to us due to your entering an incorrect shipping address will incur additional shipping charges.
